• 18900/110 電爐項目

• 高壓線圈已完成預(yù)干燥（50?m3）/ 低壓組合完成

• 預(yù)計于7月3日完成高低壓線圈組合并進入正式干燥階段

• 四川黃金項目（SS13?800kVA）

• 1250kVA 單元進入線圈繞制階段，進展順利

• 800kVA（SS13?800）單元鐵心疊片已完成，下一步將進行鐵心復(fù)位與插片作業(yè)，隨后進入整體裝配環(huán)節(jié)

• 70000/220kV 項目

• 高壓引線裝配正在進行中，低壓引線裝配已順利完成

• 15000×2/110 整流變項目

• 正在進行鐵心剪片工序

Production Update | Weekly Work Summary

This Week’s Overview (July 2025)

• 18,900/110 kV Electric Furnace Project

• High-voltage coil has completed pre-drying (50?m3); low-voltage assembly is also complete.

• Full coil assembly scheduled for July 3, after which it will enter the formal drying phase.

• Sichuan Gold Project (SS13?800kVA)

• 1,250?kVA unit is progressing smoothly in the coil winding phase.

• 800?kVA (SS13?800) unit has finished core lamination stacking and will next undergo core re-alignment and clip insertion, followed by final assembly.

• 70,000/220?kV Project

• High-voltage lead assembly is in progress; the low-voltage lead assembly has already been completed successfully.

• 15,000 × 2 / 110 kV Rectifier Transformer Project

• Currently in the core lamination cutting phase.

Production this week has maintained a clear and efficient rhythm, with multiple projects advancing simultaneously—from coil pre-drying and lead assembly to winding and core processing. Each stage is proceeding smoothly, demonstrating the company's strong coordination capability in managing multiple tasks.
